We have made our passports and boarded our flight. First stop … Hong Kong. Mrs Law told us all about life in Hong Kong and we learnt some Cantonese! 
Next destination … Honduras. We looked at lots of photos, tasted Plantain crisps (fried bananas) , made our own fruit salad and looked at stories about the colourful birds. 
In the afternoon, we went to visit Egypt! 
We can’t wait to see where Scotforth airline will be taking us tomorrow.
