Today, we had a cheerleading taster session. We learnt some of the moves and even attempted some balances.

Thank you to Bay Stormers who came in and gave us a taster session on cheerleading.

Today Mrs Winder came into school to give us all a taste of cheerleading.  Here are just a few snaps of Y2 practising what she taught us.

This afternoon, Year 3 were cheerleading with Mrs Winder. It was great!

After dinner we had just enough time to spare for a quick play in the playground.  Here are just a few of us having fun.

Sadly it was all over and we had to leave the park.  We were a bit soggy but great fun was had by all!

Today Robbie came in and showed Y3, Y4, Y5 and Y6 how to do archery. We had a great time, even in the dodgy weather!

We have had our first lesson with Coach Dan learning how to bowl. Once we had learned the basics we had a competition to see who was the first person to get 11 points. Well done to Alfie, who was our winner. Congratulations to Kacey who bowled the best ball of the afternoon. We are already looking…

We had great fun today trying out wheelchair basketball in the hall. We played 4v4 mini games. Thanks to Owen, Oliver and Xavier for letting our teacher team win. 

We had a taster session of wheelchair basketball this afternoon which was great fun!

We all took part in our annual sports morning. The children were fantastic and competed brilliantly. We also saw some pre-schoolers racing and my all time favourite… the Mums/Dads and Grandparents race! 
Well done to Castle Reds who won
